dgm458 0 #2 August 18, 2005 I heard some of the funniest shit ever late one night at WFFC. I think it was Wednesday night...whichever night it was it happened at about 2:30 AM. I wake up in my tent to the sound of some girl yelling, "No, take it all off." So I get up to see WTF and they are playing Naked Golfcard Tag on the tarmac area by where the Carvair airplane was parked. I guess when you get tagged, you lose a piece of clothing. 3 hours of sleep thanks to the excitement/noise...thanks guys!-------------------------------------------------- Failure to prepare is preparing to fail
dixieskydiver 0 #3 August 18, 2005 Mmmm that was KAP3 night, I was already down for the count at 2:30 am and nothing was getting me up at that point. CDRINF 1 #4 August 18, 2005 You may want to check with the Rantoul PD and the Convention Security folks. We caught a guy red-handed (and he was a jumper, sadly) going through gear in the Load Organizer tent. He was stealing jump tickets, money, credit cards, etc. Turns out he had also passed bad checks to some of the vendors. He had a lot of stolen stuff in his posession when caught. They may have your bike. CDR

Who exactly do I contact , obviously I'm not going to the trouble of making a trip for a 80 dollar bike but if they do have it hopefully it'll be donated to a good cause etc. Also they should release the name of that stealing POS and send it every DZ in the US so we can protect ourselves from such low lifes. I also heard Kim talking about the stolen unit I hope it turns up when some dumbass tried to get it serviced etc.....pretty sad day when jumpers are stealing from other jumpers "Don't Mess Around With the Guy in Shades- Oh No!!! flyangel2 2 #8 August 18, 2005 Quote.....pretty sad day when jumpers are stealing from other jumpers It's also pretty sad when I see jumpers destroy properties that is not theirs. For example, the runway lights, and the fence by the showers. Good god people, park that golf cart and walk a few feet rather then destroy the fence so you can drive your golf cart to the door of the showers. My dear friend is the airport manager at the airport where WFFC is held. You would not believe how selfish skydivers are and how much they destroy. It embarrasses the hell out of me to be associated with the skydivers.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.
