Swooping onto moving car

Recommended Posts

Just happen to be flipping through channels and came across Discovery channel's Top Gear (British car show).
There was skydiver swooping into a convertible mercedes, kinda cool, but not as dramatic as the headlines would be if he had gotten hurt or killed.
I didn't think the cool factor for a tv show was enough to justify the risk.

saw the same thing on the TV was kinda koo he slowed way down and the canopy pilot not to take away any credit didnt look like he was skilled enough to perform the stunt but accomplished it I think it would have went alot smoother if a very very skilled sports accuracy jumper did the jump seeing that almost every year we have a guy who lands on the back of a ATV/motoX bike at WFFC on the spectator side for a little show for the locals

I just saw the show and have to see that the guys (driver and jumper) really pulled off a badass stunt. It took a half-dozen or so attempts, but the result was amazing to watch.

Landing on a moving flatbed truck or into a moving dump truck is certainly worthy of respect, but pulling off a hot swoop and getting a tippy-toe landing into a speeding 2-seat convertible sports car really raises the bar.
