The art of retouching celebrity pics

Recommended Posts

This one is funny, her shorts actually come up higher.

I'm envious of the ones where the girls got rid of celluite. I want that in all my pictures!

Yeah. They also get rid of her tan line on her back and fade out the definition of her lats. The common trend I'm seeing in all of these is:

1. Brighten colors
2. Increase bust size
3. Eliminate underarm wrinkles
4. Tuck in stomach
5. Get rid of clothing wrinkles
6. Fill hair in where it needs to be, elminate frizzy hair that stands out

Hell, I wanna see what this dude could do to a picture of me!

I like this one. It shows that some really do have natural beauty, and need only minimal retouching to make the picture perfect. Hally Berry..... yum!

No wonder so many women have self image problems[:/]

Not only that, but now men are going to expect us to keep to these standards, too.

I have a long way to go to even be considered healthy, but looking back at my wedding photos, I have to wonder if those were retouched too? I'm not sure, the photographer was an idiot, so maybe not...but I still had a make-up artist do my face that day, and I had never before, nor have I ever since, had that much paint on my face. :| <--My hubby didn't like it, he said it didn't look like 'me'. :):D:D

Still, it kinda rubs it in when you get your copy of 'Shape' in the mail and have to concede that no exercise in this mag will ever get me to look like that...[:/]

Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
