Renumbering Jumps in Alti-track and Jump-Track?

I have a bunch of hop & pops that never showed-up on my Alti-track, so the jumps that are recorded in the log don't have the right jump number. I want to hook up to Jump-Track and fix all this - renumber. Anyone have an idea how?

I dont use the Altitrack but it should activate at 1000' and at least record the jump number. My Protrack will record the number and put a 0 for freefall time.

Maybe you should send it in for a check then. If it isn't recording h-n-p jumps then something is wrong with it.

theres a setting on it that you have to put it to in order to record HnP's. thats from my understanding of the device.

I guess I didn't ask my question very artfully. I know Alti-tracks don't record some hop & pops. That's a design feature that sometimes can be overcome with a student setting I'm told, but my specific question is how can you renumber a particular jump either in the Alti-track or Jump-track??

Go to "Alti-Track" -> "Alti-Track Download" -> "Setup".
Enter the number of jumps you know you have completed. Check the "Set in Alti-Track" box and there you go. You may as well check/correct the clock while you are there...

You can do that directly on the device. Just go through the setup menus and you can set the total freefall time and jump number right in there. No need to mess about with cables and a laptop.

Probably not. On the standard settings, it needs about 3 seconds in freefall before it's sure that you've exited the plane rather than the plane hitting some turbulence or doing an abrupt dive. It's very probable on a very short delay that the freefall time just isn't long enough for the device to believe you've left the plane. If you set the jump type to STU, then it will detect much shorter freefall delays.

If can't be bothered changing the settings on your Alti-Track but still want it to register your hop-n-pops, then give yourself at least 5 seconds out the door before you deploy.

Sound like my ProTrack. I got no issue like this since I use my Neptune.
