BGill 0 #10 August 28, 2005 i always thought "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" was a good warmup song another idea is, if you take the field off the team for the last 10 minutes of warmup to give them a pep-talk or whatever... use that to your advantage and have music like the Captain Planet themesong or Kip from Napoleon Dynamite signing "Yes I love technology" to fuck with the other teams' heads. that's what our lacrosse team does here at UMD.
