Need Motivation

ok, so how do employers expect people to have the motivation to get work done when the employee is gonna no longer be working for them in a few days?
Just let us go early so we can rest,,relax and get things done before we need to start working again.

seriously. i'm supose to do this and that.. but there is really only one thing i need to do for the next 3-4days.. At least i've been taking longer lunches and small walks around outside on the lake front to pass the time
