Skykat108 0 #56 August 30, 2005 okies, I really don't understand what those numbers are... but I only got 1 jump... was working manifest and winds were high, finally around 7pm on sunday they died down enough and I did a jump, and it was the most fun so far!! went with our rigger and one of our instructors. My first time doing a count, first sunset load, and first time not doing a solo. No relative work, no instruction, just for the fun of it! whoo hoo! they did all these flips and stuff, and I just kinda hung out there. Our rigger started to move towards me and I though he was gonna dock, but I am told I had a bit of forward movement, so he couldn't grab me. but he wasn't going to dock, he was just gonna tackle me! vt1977 0 #66 August 30, 2005 :7: Partied slightly too hard on Friday night so stayed on the ground on Saturday owing to excessive hangover. 4 jumps on Sunday – an 8-way, 2 coaching jumps and a jump from the Tiger Moth for which beer definitely owed! That was an exceptionally cool jump! 3 jumps on Sunday – 2 coaching jumps and a very nice sunset 9-way for a friend’s 200th jump! Involved in the pie-ing of 2 people for their 200th jumps as well! MX and Dave did an awesome job with the freeflying organizuiing for all levels of jumpers. This is definate "DO NOT MISS" boogie for next year. Got a couple of ok photos from that (I need some work!) Also got to hang out with Alanab! Yay! Girly you are so much fun to hang out with. Can't wait to see you again at Richmond!
