TomAiello 26 #19 September 8, 2005 Several years ago, when I was working for the University of California, we got a new boss, who was really into all the motivational posters and sayings, and having "team retreats" and such. She refurbished a conference room and put up like 10 of those cheesy motivational posters in there. One of my co-workers started sneaking in and switching them out for the demotivators posters one every couple weeks.
