RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 September 11, 2005 I see random posts that I read bc they are what I call a "block" (paragraph) however if someone goes on and on...and on...and on...and it ends up being a novel..I at best will scan every 3rd or 4th sentence to check for relevance and personal interest...otherwise, I feel like saying "geez, dude, get to the point already!!!" but I don't and I won't. I just skip to the next post. Do any of you really read word for word of the long posts? I can see what u are talking about them not being relevent, but revelence is in the mond of the reader. How revelent does something have to be to be considered that its legnth doesnt out weigh its usefullness. I think if someone writes something this long and you actually read it word for word then u have alot of time on your hands. If u have that much time on your hands to completely read my entire post then it must have been revelent in your mind at the time of you reading it. Now when u finish reading it i can see were you would change your mind and come to the conclusion that there was no relevence from the start. so in conclusion to this very non-revenelt paragraph (block), I say I dont have ADD/ADHD. i am just a smart ass that is making you skip from scentence to senctence to see if I had anything relevent to say pertaining to your origional post. Trae 1 #4 September 11, 2005 G'day ,Not having ADD (unless sitting near a window ) I find it relatively easy to read through a longish post but usually only if it has caught my interest. If it is 'VERY interesting' every word seems to have its own resonance and often if read again has a slightly different feeling. Every time I click on a new thread or try and read a new post thats in a reply to thread and the length is taking up my screen I feel that way as well. You see people should know that those of us here don't have all day to read there post. I think it's kind of selfish on their part wanting us to spend the little time we have just in reading their post and forget the other posts others have put time into. Hell, if your like me you may go two or three days with out logging on so when you do log on you might have a hundred or more new threads to read and catch up on. I mean really, come on. Some people just weren't given the gift of common sense. It's kinda like saying, "Look at me, look at me". I am so glad somebody like you exist here at DZ.com RkyMtnHigh, taking a stand like you do. Taking a stand is so important these days, I mean how can you not. That reminds me have you ever noticed the colors in a real rainbow are always the same and in the same order. That has always fascinated me. Also has anybody noticed that I am rambling now just to be a smartass and just to see how long I can make this post (most importantly just being a smartass though). O.K. now back to the subject at hand...beer. Why is it that one thing such as beer can have so many different taste. I mean you can cook chicken a hundred different ways, but chicken is chicken. Why does sex feel so much better in one position but only O.K. in other positions. Isn't that strange. It's all in, out, repeat. Sometimes life throws you a curve, but at least it doesn't throw you spitters. Because when I dress in womens clothes I feel sexy, is that wrong? The high heels hurt after while but I think it's worth it. And yes it's true in my opinion that the sky is blue because of the reflection of the water even though the sky isn't a mirror. But anyway, thank you RkyMtnHigh for giving me the opportunity to be open and free cause life is to short not to be. Hey that kinds rhymes.
