I think she's just overwhelmed by the exclamation points. I used to do the same. I thought that the number of exclamation points had a correlation with my excitement level. It turns out, I could still have a high excitement level with low exclamation point usage. Luckily, the All Caps Monster never bit me, and I never had to fight the demons pressuring me to hit that "Caps Lock" button.

And for the record: Kramer is a horrible driver.......and so is Sunshine......and so is Macca. I can promise you that Kramer has done the most monetary damage to vehicles though.
