Anyone know what's up with iTunes, I just updated it and it all the music I've gotten from LimeWire has been put into it's own playlist.

And I can't take any of that music out of it to put it on my iPod.

Anyone know how to get around this?
(other than buying the music)

I assume you tried dragging the Limewire tunes to the Library folder.
Have you tried creating a new playlist, drag both the Library and Limewire contents into it, and make it your IPod default list?

It won't let me drag the limewire tunes anywhere.

There not showing in the library list either :)

They may be protected...
Can you open the tunes in Quicktime, and export them into aiff files?

I only have quicktime player.

Is there anyway to revert to the older version of iTunes?

Check out versiontracker.com, and search for the previous version (4. something...??? 5 is the latest).

This is exactly why I don't use iTunes with my iPod.

Try ephPod instead. It'll be your iPod's new best friend.

I figured it out.

You have to "consolidate" your library. That done everything is fine again.

I was worried for a bit there though.
