The toothpaste and the water. What order?

Water-toothpaste-water-brush-add more water-brush-add more water, repeat until spit runs clean.

Does anyone else use baking soda sometimes? Sometimes I brush with baking soda, then floss, then lightly brush with normal toothpaste.

I love flossing! Sometimes I do it while I'm driving and get funny looks from the other people on the road.

That's what I was thinking while reading everyone's posts!!! Used to happen to me all the time, now I wet, then paste..
but ACTUALLY..
My Order: floss, swish, water, paste & then brush... it feels so great to swish mouthwash through all my newly flossed teeth!

one final note.. WARM water, not cold, not hot.. cold water makes everything burn more

1.) Rinse toothbrush.
2.) Soak toothbrush in mouthwash.
3.) Apply toothpaste.
4.) Brush.

1. Bake toothbrush at 250 degrees F for 25 minutes to ensure sterilization
2. Apply hot boiling water to end of brush.
3. Wait 50 sec or you will burn your mouth
4. Apply toothpaste and brush
5. Throw toothbrush away

so I guess you could say water first,
mornings suck but at least I've taught my dog to preheat the oven and boil the water before I even get up.

I guess I could qualify that...

Ever since I went to the dentist I'm a flossing fiend! But what am I going to do now that I have to ride the bus? Get even funnier looks I guess.. I'll be the chick that flosses on the bus.

I only drink shower water when I am reallllyyy hung over. I also brush my teeth in the shower when I am really hung over. Usually I spend like half an hour in the shower when I'm really hungover.

I don't use toothpaste anymore. I use a sonicare and just brush my teeth with a cap full of mouth wash in there. Toothpast slows down the action of the sonicare and reduces its effectivness.
