Gravitymaster 0 #1 September 30, 2005 I've been infected 2 times this week. The first time it was able to get by my anti-virus program and turn it off and infect 23 files. Then it would not allow me to logon to McAfee's web site. I finally ran my anti-spyware program, deleted it, it reappeared 3 more times within 30 minutes and I was eventually able to get rid of it. I just returned to my computer after being away from it for about 90 minutes and had been infected again but thins time McAfee caught it and deleted it. Anybody else having this problem? -

Gravitymaster 0 #5 September 30, 2005 QuoteWhat sites do you go to, and have you been getting some out of the ordinary stupid emails? I get the normal spam, penis enlargement (which I don't need ) cialis, viagra etc. I delete the ones which are obvious but don't download anything from my server until I know what it is. I don't visit weird porn sites etc. -

I'm trying to figure out if I'm getting it from one of my email lists or from a web site. -

PhreeZone 20 #8 September 30, 2005 Update Mcafee. They are currently on 4594 dat files. Also make sure you are running the 4.4.00 scan engine (5000 is in Beta now and will be out in the next 45 days). Schedule a complete hard drive scan also. You probally have a straggler file somewhere on the system that might be causing reinfection. What version of the software are you running?Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com
