Three teams finish DARPA challenge!

So far three teams have crossed the finish line of the DARPA Challenge, a challenge that requires autonomous vehicles to navigate a 137 mile off road route with no markers, no exact coordinates and no human help. Pretty remarkable, especially when you consider that navigating on a highway with lane markers and curbs would be a _lot_ easier.
