Vallerina 2 #1 October 14, 2005 A recruiter found a decent job for me at a company downtown. He mentioned it was commercial insurance, and it was for neither of the two other commercial line companies I had applied to. I had a funny feeling who it was for.... I just got a call from my recruiter, and he finally gave me the company name....the company my friend works for. Now, I know a LOT of people there (it's like an ex-Allstate club or something), but when one of your references is for the company you're applying to... Tee hee. He's been interviewing everyone that comes in, so he might interview me! He said he's going to ask about a time I had a conflict with a coworker and what I did to proactively synergize it. Oh! And the best part of the job is that it's easy to move to CA since that's where their headquarters are! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
