kelpdiver 2 #682 September 13, 2005 Can any organizers/Byron types answer a couple questions to help me schedule? Night jumps - got in first at AB in June, want more! But I'll need to get in a few jumps either Saturday or during late afternoon on Thursday. I've been out there on 5 separate occasions, but only one jump to show for it. Got my strobe and a battery based 'chem light.' What other procedures should I know about? Presume a briefing that day. I want to make the zone landing event on Saturday - any idea what time of day that will run? One of my longest standing friends (1986) is having a birthday celebration that day and evening and I plan to make as much of it as I can, will probably leave as soon as I can after the competition. Hi Jason, The zone accuracy competition will start early on saturday and should be over by 2 at the latest. There will be info at registration but the gist of it is see me between 8 & 9 for a briefing and to sign up. Go make a couple of skydives and land in the course, clear it quicklyso you don't hose other jumpers on the load that are participating. The gear manufacturers have really stepped up this year..
