kenz 0 #1 October 22, 2005 last night i was working at a show with a few buddies of mine (todd martin... and rockwell church)... i was selling merch in the hall right outside the room they were playing.. the whole back "wall" was windows and doors... anyway this girl comes stumbling out of the room to go make a phone call... she opens the door and is out there for a few minutes... all of the sudden i heard "PING" i turned around really fast and she went flying face first into the railing .. .took it out.. then tumbled down the 5 stairs that were there ... and she didnt move... so im like holy crap i just watched some girl knock herself out.. mind you im the only person out there... i ran outside and she still wasnt moving... so i did the rub the back are you ok ... she started slurring her speech and all i heard her say was "i fucked up my face" she looked up at me and her whole face was just covered in blood... it was pouring out all over her clothes and the ground... luckily i was also selling drinks and stuff for the guy running the show so i grabbed a couple of napkins and a bunch of ice and started cleaning her up. a little... she had a whole in her bottom lip the width of a cigarette ... her friends finally came out and had to con her into going to the hospital... i seriously felt like i watched a scene of a movie.. anyway the moral of the story is if you're gonna wipe out make sure you fall AWAY from the railing"life does throw curveballs sometimes but it doesn't mean we shouldn't still swing for the homerun" ~ me Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
