goose491 0 #1 October 21, 2005 Hello all, I remember there are quite a number of posters here that have pet Ferrets. I have a 7 year old silver mit named Jinx. I have recently moved to a much smaller place and as such, I am worried that the odor might actually become a problem. I, of course, am completely used to it but I have roommates now and since the place is smaller, well I'm just trying to be as courtious as can be. lol So I came across this product today. Has anyone ever tried this? Success? Gimmick? It's all natural so I can't imagine there being much of a problem but does anyone have any experience with it that they can share? Kind Regards, Nick p.s. I'll have to find a pic of the girl to show you My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

I'll have to find a pic of the girl to show you I had a ferret but never tried that product, but I do have some knowlege of enzymes, it seems fesible that it would work, an enzyme is basically a bacteria, and there are certain types that will specifically go after urine, fecies, vomit, etc., and like you said being natural it shouldn't be harmful. I say give it a try ***Glory Favors the Bold***
kingbunky 3 #5 October 21, 2005 if you try it, let me know how it works out. i have 3, love them, but even though they are descented, you know there're ferrets in the house."Hang on a sec, the young'uns are throwin' beer cans at a golf cart." adrenalinejunki 0 #6 October 22, 2005 I also have one but never tried that. Ours gets a bath about every 2 weeks and good cage cleaning every week and we don't have that much trouble with the smell. I am also looking for another one if anyone has 1 to give away __________________________________________________What's the worst that can happen? nubain1 0 #7 October 22, 2005 The stuff works well, but even better is changing what you feed yuor fert. I swithced to IAMS kitten food, the one with the highest fat content and matched marshalls the closest in everything else. And since switching the odor has gone away. I wondered if marshalls put something in their food to help sell their other products. I've been feeding mine the IAMS and he is as healthy as can be.
