turtlespeed 226 #1 October 27, 2005 Is there a way that you can put another modem on a single DSL line OR Is there a booster you can buy for wifi?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

You can buy a booster, or you can buy another access point. So your network would be connected to the DSL line through the router / modem that you have now, and the access point would be connected to that router and provide another wireless (WiFi) access point so you can get on the network. beowulf 1 #3 October 27, 2005 Are you trying to increase the range on your WiFi? Some brands of WiFi access points offer higher gain antennaes and WiFi range expanders. Linksys is the one that I am most familar with and they offer a WiFi range expander which should work with any access point.
