grue 1 #1 October 29, 2005 A friend of mine gave me a list of random food in his house, and asked for a suggestion on what to make. I decided to get creative, and here's what I replied with: Prepare the chicken breast in your method of choice, then slice into chunks.... using two frying pans, one at uber high heat, one at medium-high, first fry pineapple chunks with the super hot pan so the sugar caramelises, then transfer along with chicken to a slice of bread, buttered on the other end. Top with provolone and sharp cheddar cheeses, and use the medium-high pan to heat, covered, until bread is browned and cheese is melted Think it'll be any good? He's making it now cavete terrae. RhondaLea 4 #5 October 29, 2005 Here's my favorite chicken recipe: 6-7 lb. chicken 1 cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good.) 1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Bake until you hear the popping sounds. When the chicken's butt blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done.If you don't know where you're going, you should know where you came from. I'd like to see it done, but there's actually too much moisture in the chicken for the popcorn to pop.If you don't know where you're going, you should know where you came from.
