I need a geek. Server issues.

Well i am a geek but just not that familiar with servers. I built a website and i have seen an increase in traffic and users. They said i need to upgrade to a dedicateed server but i should have a server admin.. This is where you fall in .. Need help. IM me if you could help. Rather a fellow skydiver then any one else.
