BillyVance 35 #26 November 5, 2005 I didn't count my tandem jump, and I didn't even count my 5 static line jumps. I consider my jump numbers as those that I actually deployed my canopy on..."Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
PeteS 0 #27 November 5, 2005 Could you have died while doing this activity with a parachute? If yes, then it counts!
masterrig 1 #28 November 5, 2005 QuoteOk so here is the deal. I included my tandem jump in my log book, it is #1 and my AFF lvl 1 is #2. I have been very close to my 100th for some time now. I did 4 jumps with suds today at perris and i'm trying to figure out if I inadvertantly did my 100th. Do I owe beer and deserve pie. __________________________________________ Over a period of years and in-between un-assisted free-falls, I did 5-tandems and counted each one. I was told back then, 'it's a skydive!' On one of the tandems, I did all the steering and flaring. The tandem instructor laughed about it later. They do count as a skydive.
