riddler 0 #1 November 6, 2005 Crazy what our Internet culture has spawned. These kids have NO CLUE what the heck they're doing. I've had the same one trying to crack my SSHD for a MONTH now. I mean, c'mon; SSHD - why not just try to rob Fort Knox? It's not even a good attempt: Cisco/password from : 1 Time(s) DEADJOE/password from : 1 Time(s) Dima/password from : 1 Time(s) Jefferson/password from : 1 Time(s) Joe/password from : 1 Time(s) MICRO/password from : 1 Time(s) So the script has IP spoofing. Big deal Does anyone use "password" as a password anymore? Seriously, just download some porn and save the bandwidth. Trapped on the surface of a sphere. ReBirth 0 #2 November 6, 2005 believe it or not, yes...people still use password as a password. All it takes is a couple successful hits on any of the probably 10s of thousands of ips he's scanning. There are a lot of completely unprotectd computers and networks out there.
