I need a workout

my wife and I did that for the whole 12 week period and we both saw really good results. I can summarize the plan for you.

Mon: upper body
tue: 20 min high intensity interval running
wed: lower body
Thu: 20 min...
Fri: upper
sat 20 min...

the next week you start with lower body and repeat cycle. All lifts are based on 5 sets w/ increasing intensity and reps, etc...

eat 6 meals a day comprised of a small lean protien, small clean complex carbohydrate and a veggie portion.

my wife lost weight and I gained weight but lost body fat, decent plan to get started.
