Lindercles 0 #51 November 9, 2005 Here's one of my favorite. It only works once (maybe twice), but they love it. Cut the top off a cereal box. Fill it with rose pedals, or some sort of heart shaped/romantic confetti. Attach a string to the box. Tape the box over the door and attach the other end to the door. When she opens the door to come in, she gets showered with rose pedals. It works nicely

skymama 37 #53 November 9, 2005 If you want to take a little time with the book, I think Shutterfly gives you the opportunity to make a bound book for around $20. You just send them the pics and the printing that you want on each page and they print it up for you. I haven't tried it, but it sounds like a cool thing to me. You could give it to her for Christmas. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
tumbler 0 #54 November 9, 2005 I see some great ideas here and easy for you to pull off... but there was one that worked for me once, got me out of a bad bind... Had little money, no forward thinking and lost track of time. I got some paper and cut them into heart shape pieces. On each one I made a coupon she could redeem at any time... foot rub, back rub, hot bath, run to the store, more wine.. you get the idea, all things she loves. I made them into a heart shaped coupon book and tied them together with some string. On the front was all gushy I love you, thanks for being married to me... and then the promise that should she want any one of those things, at anytime day or night, she would just hand me the coupon and away I would go, or start, or whatever. She actually really dug it... it could go good with your book idea.
GiaKrembs 0 #55 November 9, 2005 QuoteFlowers waiting for her when I take her home oooo Jason, one of the coolest things I got one time... I got home and there were rose petals from the door leading into the bedroom with candles and a bottle of wine waiting in the bedroom. Bed was covered with rose petals as well. Edited to add: Not sure if she likes chocolate... but making chocolate dipped strawberries is pretty yummy as well. It was so unexpected, I loved it! g Raddest ho this side of Jersey #1 - rest in peace brother Beth lost her cherry and I missed it .... you want access to it, but you don't want to break it. jasonRose 0 #56 November 10, 2005 Ok here is the update as per your request.... This morning I left two roses and an empty bottle with a message in it saying all kinds of mushy stuff and telling her to go to neuveoa day spa. The spa is from 10:15am to 4:00 where she will get massages, some facial mask thing, stone rub, manucure, petucure and hair style and make up. I also left a dozen roses on the dash of her car along with a card with more mushy stuff in it this morning. After I get off work I have to play taxi and run her kids around for a bit. Then we have dinner resevation s at this new bistro in town. I also made a book (NWflyer idea) with pictures of us and six planned dates that we can do for next year. I let the creative juices flow and glued pictures of all the places we could go during our six dates with funny little notes in it. Date 1: Lunch Cruise around Seattle followed by dinner at the Space Needle then a horse drawn carriage ride back to the Sheretan motel. Date 2: Amtrak ride to Big Mountain for a weekend of skiing and a nice little cabin to stay at.. Date 3: Ok this one was kinda for me, A trip to Eloy and a balloon ride for her and some tunnel time. Date 4: Trip to DC cruising around with nothing but a back pack and staying in youth hostiles for a week. Date 5: Trip to mexico and tons of scuba diving.. Date 6: Trip to Sturgis via yellowstone and Jackson hole. On my harley of course not trailered.. I was going to use your idea tonight Gia but her kids will be home so I'll have to save that one for later.. Thats it! How did I do?? Thanks for the help guys!!!!! Some day I will have the best staff in the world!!!
wmw999 2,584 #57 November 10, 2005 Well, if she doesn't like it you're going to have a lot of offers to move In other words, that's awesome. IanHarrop 42 #59 November 10, 2005 Oh it looks good now BUT in the long run you're screwed - how are you ever going to top this next year? So next year will be a BIG disappointment, and the downward spiral begins....
