I'll shamefully admit I've actually lived the better part of 21 years in Siberia, so... it was cold. :) That ranks as my most memorable jump to date, anyway: a botched Mr Bill (could not hold on) on a sunset load over clouds raging aflame, some semblance of no-contact amateur CRW, and actually making it back to the DZ when the DZO placed a bet we wouldn't! freeflir29 0 #11 November 14, 2005 My first weekend with my Stiletto was a clear March day in Georgia. It was probably 65-70F or so on the ground. Beautiful day. New canopy,....first eliptical......figured I should do a H&P from altitude to wring out before I made my forst landing. Went to about 14K and dumped after about a 4-5 sec delay. It was so warm on the ground who would have thought I needed gloves. I spent about half that ride with my hands tucked in my arm pits. Still got in some 180 and 270 front riser turns to check alti loss and only went about 100 Ft too far on my landing. Stood it up though!
