BillyVance 34 #4 November 15, 2005 QuoteI hate hot wngs! I like them with mild sauce, not the nuclear agent orange burn your mouth off shit... Personally, I'd rather have a nice rack of ribs from Dreamland BBQ... just heaven in your mouth! Dumpster 0 #7 November 15, 2005 Both - Defintiely both. In parts of Western New York it's considered very poor tase to order a pizza without wings. And to consume them without beer on the table is even worse. I prefer mild or medium - Maybe throw a few hot ones in there. How many folks here know why they're often called Buffalo Wings? Dumpster 0 #9 November 15, 2005 Nice try - ! The whole chicken wing craze originated in Buffalo, NY at the Anchor Bar, and started catching on in the early 80's. Hence the "Buffalo Wings" moniker. Actually, you'll rarely hear anyone from that area refer to them as Buffalo Wings, rather "wings" or "chicken wings". Pizza joints often have Pizza-n-Wings deals all the time. When I make wings, I use the original sauce from the Anchor. Easy Does It
