However, I was completely freaking out in my head! WTF?!?! I used to change his diapers and now he thinks he is ready for sex?! I gave him the typical speech, that I hoped he would wait until he was a bit older and the responsibilities that come with having sex. But really, I might as well have been talking another language to this teenage boy amped up on uber doses of hormones. I ended up cutting short the lecture and buying him a box of condoms. We have always been very close and I have had to play dual roles as part time mom and sis.
