I'm a right picky bastard, you know; the only one who came to mind was Naomi Watts. She's petite, blonde/blue, cute, yet spicy. And as an actor, her range is phenomenal (Mulholland Drive, e.g.), though she's not often cast in roles that really take advantage of it. A lot of depth there to her person.
