I have two cats. It's the little female who is most aggressive about getting human food. The larger male cat usually stays on the floor for the most part.

Unless I'm eating fish, or something else they both go nuts for. Then they BOTH become little food whores.

Same situation for me...adult male orange tabby and (still a kitten - about 7 mos) b & w female. Keep water bottles around (e.g. one on the kitchen table) and squirt the cat. After a while, you just have to hold it and threaten the cat.

It is all about discipline I am afraid.

I have 3 well trained, non begging, non table jumping angels.

They do play with my curser when I am typing on my laptop though and leave wet nose marks on my screen. I still think that is cute though.

I think true friendship is under-rated
