It is only worth about $1000.
That is a vector one. I am not certain but at least 15 years old
I dont think there would be many people who would even pay $200 for that container.

What is it you think is suspicious about that advert? Sounds like the person who bought it and is selling it got ripped off.

And he has said he does not know what he is talking about. I imagine the rig probably only has a Old as hell f1-11 in it and a very old reserve.

I see your point but there is nothing suspicious about the advert in my opinion. The guy is selling something that he has said he has no idea about and is asking $1000 for it when it is probably worth less than $1000.
7 years ago i paid $1200 usd for a vector 2 with a fury and a micro raven in it.

I agree that it is somewhat suspicious, though it would be moreso if it were new gear. What irks me is the possibility of some idiot buying it and deciding to teach himself BASE jumping.
