KillerKimmy 0 #1 December 7, 2005 Anyone out ther a singer perhaps? I strained my voice in July and it is STILL hoarse from then. Is it possible it's wrecked for life? I was reading online about vocal scarring and laryngologists and stuff. I'm in the NY area and have never heard of laryngologists. I also don't have insurance, however my voice is very important to me, and it's frustrating and scary that it has been not quite the same for months. Any help would, uh help I guess. See a doctor Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!

I had my tonsils yanked after chronic laryngitis/tonsilitis...over and over and over and over, month after month, screwed up throat. Oh what a WONDERFUL FEELING to not have my throat close up on me every other month!!! Go see an ear/nose/throat doc. It may be just the thing... PS, whoops, I saw you mention medical insurance or lack of -it was a necessary surgery, and my wonderful buddies on the DZ were ever-so-thankful that something FINALLY SHUT JAYE UP for a brief moment in time (), but it was pricey as hell... Sorry sweetpea. You need to suck it up and bust out the cash and see a doc, especially if you depend on your voice. Beautiful voices are a rarity and a joy to all of us that get to hear them; don't let your go to waste! ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
