SpeedRacer 1 #51 December 7, 2005 Jus t a few blocks from my house is an English store. There's this English dude running it, and he has all kinds of stuff from the UK. Frozen sausages, little jars of Marmite, Beer from the UK, etc. They also have this really good tea called PG tips in pyramid bags. Unlike most teas, thye put in a lot more tea per bag, and so the tea is really full bodied & satisfying. It's the best around as far as I can find, but hard to find in most supermarkets. Diezel 0 #52 December 7, 2005 Quote*** I prefer the loose-leaf green teas from the Japanese grocery stores. A bit pricier but well worth it. Right on! 'Shincha' rules! Actually, Selestial Seasonings Teas make pretty desent 'shincha', I believe it's called Japanese style or similar.

RhondaLea 4 #54 December 8, 2005 QuoteGo find some Yerba Mate. It'll blow any tea you've ever drank out of the water. It's like crack only it's actually good for you. I brink it back from Argentina by the pound. It's only about $1 a bag if you get it in Argentina but if you get it in the states is more like $10. Well worth it. Get a Mate gourd and a bombila too. Seconded. In the end, though, I started brewing it in a tea pot half and half with black tea. It's wonderful with stevia extract (the dark, syrupy stuff, not the clear). rlIf you don't know where you're going, you should know where you came from. I have to add a touch of soymilk or regular milk to it sometimes to make it a bit easier on the tummy. GTAVercetti 0 #56 December 8, 2005 Quote It's great when you need to clean your house from top to bottom. I use Comet, Pledge, and Drano. Good going down but it leaves you empty inside. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
