What do you mean "non american?" the Buell is positively american. What the title of the thread meant to imply was "american bikes other than typical HD". The Buell is a harley-motored sport bike.

Well now Chuck, the engine and design are american. The frame and swingarm, brakes are italian ( the new 06 swing arm is Japanese ) there are some little parts from all over.
The frame paint is deff not american! I was wiping it with isopropal before adding my frame pucks last week and the clear got a smear. Weak!
Next I hope to be adding a muffler made in the heart of hillbilly land, is that american?
