I'm acting as our project manager for a Jeep program called "Operation Gratitude" in my local area, I'm just trying to do what I can in my own little neck of the woods but wanted to get the message out to a wider area. This is the jist of what the program is about. "The Jeep brand will expand its partnership with Operation Gratitude by making the nearly 2,800 Jeep dealerships nationwide official "drop zone" locations for Operation Gratitude, a national non-profit organization that collects comfort items and letters of appreciation from the American public and ships them to service members overseas." This is a list of items which are on the "wish list" Sorry for the late notice, these item can be dropped off nationwide at any Jeep dealer if your not here in the local area. Provide items from the Wish List (Unless otherwise noted, please provide new items only) DVDs, CDs Computer Flash Drives Disposable Cameras Prepaid Phone Cards Handheld electronic games Bandanna Coolers/Cool-Ties*, Mini-Battery-operated Fans, or other personal cooling products Commercially wrapped individual packets of Trail Mix, Beef Jerky, Nuts, Energy Bars, Sunflower Seeds, Candy Ready To Eat Tuna or Chicken Salad kits Boxes of Girl Scout Cookies Packets of Powdered Cold Beverages Commercially sealed Lip Balm Individual packets of moist towelettes Beanie Babies, Novelty Items Baseball Style Caps, Knit Hats and Gloves; Fleece Neck Gators* Travel Size containers of Foot Powder Holiday Greeting Cards (blank) Tobacco Products Unsealed personal cards and letters Used Cell Phones Please feel free to send me an IM if you'd like to donate any of the above mentioned items or have a question.
