I'm at Rutgers. Basically it depends on the professor, they can change it. Last year I was done on the 12th.

I had 4 finals w/in 48 hours this week.

And FWIW I don't remember them ever being 3 hours long last time I was in college

it was quite painful... but its over now... at least until next quarter.
