I was told straight, on ice.

I'm no connaisseur, but was told Smirnoff rasberry, and Absolut peach (I think its Absolut anyways) are the best.

Some drinks use them too.

The flavored vodkas I sell are mixable, for instance Cuba Strawberry Vodka is very good with a lemon-lime drink or gingerale. It also makes an awesome shot with a splash of oj, cranberry and red bull (Cuba Bomb). Our mint vodka is probably the hardest to mix but if you put it with some chocolate milk it tastes like one of those "After 8" mints. Awesome. Still, all of our flavors are good enough to be taken straight without making "the face".

I don't know a general answer...

But if you are ever lucky enough to lay your hands on chocolate vodka it tastes absolutely amazing mixed with orange juice!

The only thing you are "supposed" to do is DRINK it. Beyond that, you can do whatever you want.

"better" is such a subjective word.

Seriously, stop trying to find someone to tell you what to do with it and drink the stuff.

If you like neat vodka drink it straight. If you like it with a mixer, drink it with a mixer.

I'd try it with a whole host of things myself and make up my own mind... I like Marmite afterall... my girlfriend hates the stuff.

Well, someone gave my bf 3 different bottles of it. We looked at it and didn't know quite what to do with it, so we drank wine.

If you want to try it, buy some juices: orange, cranberry, grapefruit... and try it mixed with them to see what you like. You can also try sodas like Coke or Sprite.

You say that like there's something wrong with toxic waste. I love a radioactive sludge and soda with a twist of lime. Yummy. Seriously though, how about some helpful tips on how to infuse some flavor. I like flavored vodkas, but don't know ho wto make my own flavors. Hook a guy up.

My wife loves a Midori martini made with vanilla vodka - 3 parts Smirnoff vanilla vodka to 1 part Midori melon. Try it see what you think.

It's too easy! Open a bottle of vodka. Put yummy things in. Wait a long time. Strain and drink. But you want more detail?

Try 2 vanilla beans. Split them open with a sharp knife. Let them sit for a few weeks. Shake the bottle gently whenever you think of it.

Cherries. Knock the pits with a hammer until they split open. Throw those in as well.

Apricots with cinnamon, and cardamom.

Clean, unsprayed rose petals. Use the tasty first spring bloom. I love "Mr. Lincoln" roses best.

Raspberries, blackberries, logan berries, marion berries, salmon berries.

Any of these would be nice with a little sugar or simple syrup. Not too much.

what is really good is cherry vodka with lime flavored margarita juice. makes a cherry lime-aide drink.
