I am just wondering if it is a feasible thing for a cooperation to do. well, if it weren't feasible, there wouldn't be any. it is feasible, but it depends on what kind of pay back you want on the initial investment, and what kind of finacing you can get. remember, the whole time you're building (9 months to a year after the fist dirt is moved) you have cash going out, and none coming in too. Also I know that bedford said to build their tunnel from scratch would have cost 9 mil because of the size, as it was already built (ex military testing), it only cost them 3mil in total.
