kelel01 1 #1 December 21, 2005 At my new job (as a hostess), there are 2 servers (girls) who think that they have the right to tell me what to do, in such a manner (which my boss has made it clear that they don't): "Seat that table and I'll kick your ass". -or- "Give me any more tables of women, and I'll make your life miserable". I could tell my manager about it, but I'm a) too old to be a tattletale, and b) much more of a vigilante and prefer to take care of stuff of this nature on my own. So, how should I handle it? The one who asked me not to seat any more women in her section yesterday just didn't get any more tables AT ALL (oops, my bad ), and one who said "seat me there and I'll kick your ass" got sat "there" immediately. Look I don't have anywhere else to seat them. or it's your turn to get sat i can't help it if a table of ladies comes in. If it's your turn it's your turn. Or find out if they are in the weeds and can't handle another table and if so find a competent waiter that can. I work as a waiter for a while and would always try to work "with the hosteses" besides being cute and wanting to "play with them" it made for a much better work place. they would always make sure I was doing ok if we were really busy. and if I was but they had no other place to seat they would ask if they wanted me to get the tables drinks and tell them I would be with them shortly. or these bitches could just be lazy inept workers that are jealous that you are working there and may be taking attention away from them and if that's the case FUCK EM and double and triple even quadruple seat them " oops sorry girls I'm new" "now fuck off and go take care of your tables" ***Glory Favors the Bold*** Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

My girlfriends and I tip very well when the service is good, and we're not overly demanding. In fact, we'll tip well for friendly, less than efficient service.
