Duckwater 0 #1 October 1, 2005 Has anyone seen a skydive in mid-air captures on Google Earth? I just looked at Perris...there appears to be a small plane on the runway (TriPacer?) and a Otter in the loading area. I dont see any skydivers under canopy..... Search your DZ......See if anyone is caught in mid-air. --
BillyVance 35 #2 October 1, 2005 That's an old photo... no wind tunnel... no swoop pond either?"Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people." - SIX TIME National Champion coach Nick Saban
diablopilot 2 #3 October 1, 2005 Not that old. The swoop pond must be there, just out of frame. The swoop ditch in the main landing area has been filled in and I believe that happened after the pond was built.---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. popsjumper 2 #6 October 2, 2005 Is that a lot of cracks in the earths crust at Elsinore? You know Cali is going to break off and float away don't you? Are you prepared for water jumps? My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Falcon5232, SCS8170, SCSA353, POPS9398, DS239

ltdiver 3 #11 October 3, 2005 Other things that have also changed since that picture was taken.... 1) the private planes are still tied down by the Otters, instead of the hanger. 2) no fence line to separate the neighbors from our Otter tie-down spot 3) no DC-9 4) the oil on the north end of the runway (black) and the south still old and grey....its the other way around now. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
