skymama 37 #27 December 30, 2005 Take care of 'em, Mary! I think laying down makes it worse because my head is throbbing again. I was awake from 4:30-7:30 this morning because my head was pounding, I can hear my pulse in my ear and the medicine is relieving some of the pressure but now I just spend my time hacking up the phlegm that is draining down my throat. Boy, I sound real sexy now, huh? It's really hard for me to sit around and do nothing, especially when I see all sorts of stuff that needs to be done around the house. I did a few things yesterday, but I'm so foggy I would get distracted easily and forget what I was doing before moving on to something else. I left a glue gun plugged in for an hour before I walked by it again and remembered I was supposed to glue the head on a Miami Dolphin nutcracker. I forgot I let the cat outside...she wasn't very happy with me. I also brought in the Christmas containers in from the garage to put up the decorations. I found out that my doctor really meant it when he said I'm not supposed to lift anything over 10 lbs. after the surgery I had. Ouch.
