It was a beautiful evening at my favorite New Year's party ever - at a classy restaurant/hotel/oceanfront place. My parents were there and actually left early, so I was there with my sister and guy. It could have been anyone in the crowd that drugged the drink. Because of the straw, my sister remembered that I picked up her drink and she took mine. She was walking around taking pictures and more alone, so someone could have thought that she could be led away, but I got the drink, and we were all on the main floor. The last thing I remember was me asking why we were leaving the party??? Five minutes before the countdown. They said I dropped like a dead weight and came to a couple times while we left for home. A couple years ago, I was absolutely close to being abducted in Myrtle Beach, SC grocery store parking lot after a beach boogie. My sister stepped in at just the right moment. I'm glad that what happened last night was to me and not to her. She may experienced a bad night and still be here, but she may have experienced a bad night and not be here at all. Also a couple years ago, I'm positive that a skydiving buddie tried to drug me, but I turned my drink into the bartender. So I already had known about the danger of it all, but it sure is good not to let the guard down or put yourself in the situation to begin with. However, if someone put something into your drink without your consent then you should go to a police station near the location of the incident. Please do not worry what the police will think. They should do their job. Even when you think there is no way they can catch this person there is a possibility. If they are alerted to this behavior at this location or to someone in particular they can do something about it. If this person believes they got away with it this time they will keep on doing it and they could cause serious injury to someone. Whatever you decide I am sorry you were a victim to this. Whoever spiked your drink should be taken out and shot. In Florida (and I believe pretty much everywhere else) it's a serious crime. Did you report it to the police? If not you should, let them know what happened, when and where. I don't know if they'll be able to do anything this time but I'm sure they'll be paying better attention in the future...The only naturals in this sport shit thru feathers...
