There is a measure of truth there, but only in that Which ever team comes to play is going to be the team that wins. the SEC found this out the hard way when they got pummelled as a whole through out their bowls.

Have you ever tried the 'Spoke' for a chicken fried steak? I'm tellin' ya'... to die for!
It's been a few years since I've 'partied' there. Like the ol' Toby Keith says; "I ain't as good as I once was...':D

Besides USC’s offense, Texas is a 7 1/2-point underdog because USC’s defense tops the nation in turnover margin (plus-1.83), and the Longhorns must pull the upset in the Trojans’ backyard.

If USC tries to follow their start-slow-then-come-back pattern in this game, Texas will win. I just don't think the Trojans have another late 4th quarter squeaker left in them. But if they start playing like they're capable of on the opening drive, it will be a USC rout. I know the 7.5 points is basically just an over-under line, but it ain't gonna be close to the outcome. I'm guessing it'll either be Longhorns by less than a touchdown or Trojans by more than 20.

Well I hate to be the party pooper but USC is going to win, and win big. BIG 12 SUCKS!!!!! I have never seen a more over rated team in my life. Ive got USC by 14.

Have you forgotten Texas' big win at Ohio State earlier in the season? Equally as big was USC's win at Notre Dame. Ohio State beat the shit out of Notre Dame.

I say Texas all the way in a squeaker!

USC pulled that game out of it's ass in the last seconds. I still think the officails felt bad and gave it to USC.

I kinda thought ND got robbed then. Did they do a video review then? I still think Texas can take USC, but it should be a close game.

Heisman trophy winners generally have not done well in their bowls (although last year was an exception), and Vince Young has a pretty big chip on his shoulders.

That shirt is funny to me (and most everyone else from the state of Alabama) because we would never, EVER root for our in-state rival no matter what the circumstances.

An Auburn truth:

"my favorite teams are AUBURN and ANYONE playing Bama".

And vice-versa for Alabama fans. Although I was disappointed in last year's season, I could be content knowing Auburn got screwed by the BCS... :P Yeah, I'm bad that way... :D

Damn... what happened in the Cap One bowl??

Yaaahoooo! Got tomorrow off. My boss came in my office and gave me the day off tomorrow.

You have to realize my boss is a geek, he had no clue what this game means to a UT fan or a USC fan. Until he listened to NPR lastnight. He finally realized what this game means to us fans and alum.

Hook'Em ~..~

Alvin Crow, was the reason I went to the 'Spoke'!!! That guy is good! His brother, Rick, played guitar in Alvin's band, the Pleasant Valley boys. Rick, later took a job driving the bus for Asleep at the Wheel and played a little guitar for 'Wheel'.
Don't worry about the 'thread drift'... it's cool!:D

Me too, bro. I took off the next two days.

I figure win or lose I'm going on a bender. :P

Are you an alum? If so, you and I may be the only two alums here.

SHOUTOUT: UT Alums, sound off! HORNS UP!!!
