diverds 0 #29 January 5, 2006 No but here is the recipe if anyone wants to try it. Creamed Eggs on Toast 5 Hard Boiled Eggs (Boil 12-14 minutes) 3 Tablespoons Butter 3 Tablespoons Flour 1 cup Whole Milk 2 pinches of Salt 4 slices wheat toast Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Whisk in flour and salt until smooth. Slowly whisk in milk. Stir frequently to avoid scorching. Reduce heat when sauce thickens. Separate egg whites from yolks. Cut whites into quarter size pieces and mix into the sauce. Put yolks in a separate bowl and pulverize them with a fork. To serve place 2 pieces of toast on a plate and pour half the sauce over them evenly. Then sprinkle half the egg yolks on top of the sauce and season with pepper. Serves 2. Enjoy Skydive Radio
