Great restaurant in Phoenix near airport?

We're going to Eloy this weekend!
Does anyone know of a great place to eat Monday night on our way home near the airport in Phoenix?

In-N-Out ! That's where I went, anyway (Chandler location is on the way from the airport to Eloy) but I'm a sucker for their burgers and can't get them at home.

Others might scoff a little since it's not exactly "fine dining."

If you like sushi...Sakura off of Elliot. Turn right off the exit and then left at the first light (by McDonalds). Its in the shopping center on the right.

There is also Aunt Chilada's (Mexican Restuarant) just off Baseline Rd, west of I-10, and Rustler's Rooster (steakhouse), its just around the corner from Aunt Chilada's and has a great view of the city, plus it is a pretty interesting restaurant (have not eaten there, only drinks, but the menu looks great). They are about 5-10 minutes from the airport. If you want more detailed directions pm me and I will let you know.
