medusa 0 #7 January 9, 2006 Well it really depends on your background, I've seen some really hardcore s#it in my life. So when I see the movie I'm not really shock by it. But my sister dude, she was really close to throw up. From all the Tarantino’s movies this if by far the most Gore one. Plus it got a lot of naked beautiful girls. It has some gross shit though. Also seemed like it took forever to get to the actual "hostel" part. Still not a bad movie though. I also saw Grandma's Boy the other night. The one Adam Sandler produced. It's funny as shit. Has the 40 year old virgin funniness going on. Hey-o!

AlexCrowley 0 #12 January 9, 2006 Umm ok. Audition, that was a nice fun little movie. Eli Roth kinda sucked with his last movie, but I'll give this a go. I'm a recovering gorehound. TV's got them images, TV's got them all, nothing's shocking.
AlexCrowley 0 #13 January 9, 2006 Ok, needed to expand: Audition is quite possibly the most unsettling movie I have ever seen. I'm a horror movie fan, I've been collecting them since I was 13 and have seen hundreds by this point. The stuff that I see most people freaking out about (Seven, Silence of the Lambs(!!!!!!?!?!?!?), [shitty hollywood scare flick #235]) usually dont phase me on a visceral level at all. Audition is so intense that it totally freaked me out. The wife sent it back to Netflix the next day she was freaked out too (and she is also a huge fan of genre flicks - hell, she's obsessing over Rob Zombie's movies right now). Watch it. Learn it. Love it. TV's got them images, TV's got them all, nothing's shocking.

JohnRich 4 #15 January 9, 2006 I don't see how watching people be murdered in gruesome hideous fashion can be entertaining. But I'm just an old fuddy duddy.

4201 0 #18 January 9, 2006 I don't know what it is, but I just don't like watching shit like that. For example, when the be-headings surfaced, and everyone was rushing to there pc to look; I was not. I think I just live, and feel better knowing I did not witness shit like that. Maybe I've got problems or something; maybe I should wakeup and get out of my comfort zone. Maybe those who enjoy watching real people have their heads cut off are the ones with the problem...

AlexCrowley 0 #25 January 10, 2006 Decent enough movie. Not really a horror movie, which from the whining of the idiots that said how "SHOCKING AND GRAPHIC' it was may have led others to believe. TV's got them images, TV's got them all, nothing's shocking.
