elias123 0 #1 March 18, 2008 350 Euros (or 550 Dollars) for Phoenix-Fly tracking gear (second version) with a total of 10 jumps on it and an open-face helmet with a few hundred jumps. Good deal?"In a mad world, only the mad are sane"
dragon2 2 #2 March 18, 2008 Sounds ok-ish, provided it all fits you right, you're ok with the colors and the helmet is (very) nice. A new tracksuit is 395 euro at the moment, so it's not that big a difference, but it can save you some money if you're tight. I'd pay less... ciel bleu, Saskia
elias123 0 #3 March 18, 2008 "Sounds ok-ish" Were my first thoughts :) "provided it all fits you right, you're ok with the colors and the helmet is (very) nice" I will of course fit the suit first, but I don't anticipate much problems since the other jumper has the same posture, weight and length as me. The colors are white and red (Wich I like very much) The helmet is definitely not very nice, that's for sure. IMO I think it has had it's time when I look at it. "A new tracksuit is 395 euro at the moment, so it's not that big a difference, but it can save you some money if you're tight. I'd pay less..." So How much would you pay? Thank you for your reply. pilotdave 0 #4 March 19, 2008 I wouldn't buy a track suit. What are you going to use it for? Seems like a high price for something you really will never need. You can track just fine without it... maybe better if it's hard to fly. And if you're doing tracking dives in groups, you won't want to be tracking better than everybody else anyway, so you won't be maxed out. Seems like a waste of money to me. Sounds more appropriate for base jumping off of tall cliffs... Dave

Sounds good to me. "In a mad world, only the mad are sane"
