Ashtanga 0 #1 January 12, 2006 Woodbine Estate $18,000,000 http://tours.360house.com/viewer2_fmls.cfm?id=99481&refurl=fmls.com Located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Home sits on 18 acres. Dean Gardens $22,000,000 www.deangardens.com Located on Old Alabama Road in Alpharetta, GA. Includes it's own 18 hole golf course. Just wondering which property you would choose and why. GTAVercetti 0 #2 January 12, 2006 Neither. I will not pay less than 23,000,000 for a house. It may be snobbish, but that is how it is.Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
NWFlyer 2 #3 January 12, 2006 I'd have to go with the first one. In-city location, plus I just like the house better. Besides, an orchid house is on my must-haves. BillyVance 35 #4 January 12, 2006 If I had the money, I'd take Dean Gardens, and convert the 18 hole course to a 9 hole, and tear out the other 9 holes to make a DZ. flyinghonu 0 #6 January 12, 2006 I like the first house better, plus it's location. The second one looks like a southern version of tacky mobster house - plus, I don't play golf. "Excuse me while I kiss the sky..." - Jimi Hendrix

NWFlyer 2 #9 January 12, 2006 Although... the more time I spend looking at Dean Gardens, I do have to admire the "theme" rooms. It's kind of like Graceland.
SkydiveStMarys 0 #10 January 12, 2006 1st one...2nd one is a bit too "busy" for me. Though Buckhead isn't "the" place anymore. There has been a few shootings lately. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude.

The first doesn't show the kitchen at all hardly and the second shows very little of it. My wenches (should I ever have any) will need the best kitchen available to meet my needs. I don't care for the driveway on the first one, either. Also the lake looks a bit dirty. The pool area, on the other hand, is kind of nice. Overall, the second looks too much like a resort hotel. I'll pass on both, but if I had to choose one, it would probably be the first. I think my cat would like it ok. Walt
squink 0 #12 January 12, 2006 I really liked Dean Gardens, but most of the decorating would have to go. It has a museum feel to it. But Woodbine Estates is BEAUTIFUL, and it has a lake and a pool too. So I would say Woodbine Estates, it feels more like a home. I'd even settle for the poolhouse... ...the door was open SKYDIVERGIRLS.COM

One thing I read was that it was just over $4,000/night. 12 people, 3 nights... a grand apiece. That's possible! PLFXpert 0 #22 January 12, 2006 I don't care for either property. I like that Woodbine has an orchid house--as I have 8 orchids, myself But, neither appeal to me in the least, price or not. P.S.
