VanillaSkyGirl 6 #76 January 12, 2006 LMFAO!!! Too funny. Btw, that Himalayan Suit is $1000...yikes! I'll pass on that suit, but I can't help looking at the bottom left of the page. The Universal Infusion Pants are white hot! They would look so sexy with a tight, white tee and hiking boots. Love it! PLFXpert~ No worries! Everyone has different likes/style. I can dig it, girl. I love both looks, but I am definitely sick of the low-riders. That's all.

GTAVercetti 0 #78 January 12, 2006 QuoteAgreed I, too, am sick of people wearing them the WRONG way Yes, unfortunately, that is most people. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.
SkymonkeyONE 4 #79 January 12, 2006 I am just sick of the WRONG people wearing them. I think they look great on the right people. Back to the topic of this thread though, I don't think the pics of those three bikinis in the first thread make anyone look good. "small" doesn't mean anything if it's not a good cut. That's not a flattering piece of material in my opinion.

PLFXpert 0 #81 January 12, 2006 How did I miss that pic of Gwen? While Gwen is beautiful, I'm not a fan of the thong peek-a-boo--most especially when it's done on purposePaint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
PLFXpert 0 #82 January 12, 2006 Ooo, la la. Who knew Chuckie Blue was such a good fashion critic--cuts? flaterring material? Delicious!Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
PLFXpert 0 #84 January 12, 2006 On the subject of the male low-ryder, some men can DEFINITELY pull the look off (the thug look excluded of course--fo rizzal)Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
VanillaSkyGirl 6 #85 January 12, 2006 QuoteAgreed I, too, am sick of people wearing them the WRONG way Rob and Chuck are right! It's all about the fabric and the cut of the clothing. I've designed clothing for most of the biggest junior clothing stores across the country over the years. It's not that people wear low-riders the wrong way or in the wrong size. Manufacturing companies and designers construct each of our jeans/pants to be fitted on real-life fit models. We add ease wherever it's needed, of course. People should not have to go one size up because we are making each jean with specific measurements for each size. The low-rise jeans are simply not always flattering on all people. It's not that people wear the wrong sizes, it's that the wrong people are wearing the jeans. As a matter of fact, I am a size zero with no hips and feel that the low-rider jeans can even be unflattering to me from certain angles. Then again, I remember many times that I thought that my low-riders were more flattering, so nevermind. We are overthinking this one. Low or high...it's all good! As long as it's not Remi with his peek-a-boo thong, that is!

PLFXpert 0 #87 January 12, 2006 Like I've said before: I only tease the ones I love Edited to add: On the subject, my poor (and amazing) boyfriend noticed an older woman's bag at Starbucks and recognized it as one I'd been pineing for. When he commented on it, the woman was extremely flattered---and thought he must be gay As you know---he's far from it---I can't even get him to moisturize! But, he loves me, and it just showed he actually pays attention to what I say sometimesPaint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
PLFXpert 0 #88 January 12, 2006 We'll agree to disagree there--and yes, we're overthinking, but obviously you and I have some sort of credentials on the subject and naturally want to discuss I happen to believe the sizes in most stores you would find in the mall are WRONG--measurements and all. The nanner comes close (Banana Republic) but certainly the others are way off, imo.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Flygurl 0 #90 January 12, 2006 Quote -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those are SO unflattering...I don't get why girls with nice bods would want to make themselves look bad... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Okay, Okay!
