SkydiveStMarys 0 #1 January 19, 2006 Sitcom, Reality Show, Soap, etc. What show makes you stop what your doing and sit down "for a minute or two" to watch. For me.......mainly on the weekend anything on VH1, their Reality Shows just make me giggle. I have been watching the Americal Idol "try outs" for the past two nights. I can't believe that most people think they can really sing, hopeful when they see themselves on TV they get a real reality check. i know, I know...a dream is a dream. Ooooh and the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction....one really can dream. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude. RhondaLea 4 #5 January 19, 2006 I haven't watched TV in quite a long lot of years. But my all-time favorite show when I did watch was StarTrek. I love Spock. rlIf you don't know where you're going, you should know where you came from. Gullah Proverb

SkydiveStMarys 0 #9 January 19, 2006 Oooh anf the other one that makes me stop for a minute or two is The Carol Burnett show, especially when they start cracking up during the scene. The comedy is pure genius. Bobbi There was one episode where Tom Jones was supposed to be on the show. He had to cancel at the last minute, so Harvey Korman filled in for him. He put on a wig and did a brilliant job mocking him. I think the song he did was, "It's not Unusual....". It was brilliant. Walt

PLFXpert 0 #17 January 19, 2006 I haven't watched it in a while, (b/c the last seasons have gone downhill) but the earlier seasons of That 70s Show were fabulous. I love Survivor, American Idol, Real World/Road Rules (it's hilarous these people are my age or older and act the way they do--I love it), Lost, & Ellen. Edited to add: My favorite of the above is Ellen. She's my daily dose of laughter at the end of my work day.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. Thanatos340 1 #21 January 19, 2006 Everytime I find a TV show that I really enjoy.. It gets cancelled. 1. Firefly (Definately all time favorite but only 1 season) 2. Key West (Breif run in the early 90`s... Didnt even make it a full season. GREAT show.) 3. SOAP - (Atleast it made it 4 seasons) 4. The Young Ones (Only one season but I dont think a second season would have been as good anyway.)
SkydiveStMarys 0 #22 January 19, 2006 Funny how shows make you think of your family or better yet, you can so relate to the characters. For me, it is Everybody Loves Raymond. Rays parents....yep, they are my parents to a T. Growing up with people like that can be very tiresome, but watching it as a "fly on the wall" it is extremely funny and brings back for the most part good memories. masterrig 1 #25 January 19, 2006 There's no telling, how many times I've seen the M.A.S.H. episodes and I still like that show. That, was one of those shows that could never happen again. I'm sure, you've seen the original movie, with Donald sutherland? The only cast member from the movie to make it to the t.v. series was... Radar!
